Looking for independent accounts cum admin.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

, Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm

Job Scope

  • Perform full set account
  • Data entry and filing of documents
  • To prepare and verify of staff claims
  • GST filing and CPF submission
  • Basic HR duties
  • Calculation for Overtime, Annual Leave and MC
  • Provide support to the office as necessary administrative tasks
  • Any other adhoc duties as required
  • Answer phone calls
  • Arrange courier service
  • Attend to walk in
  • Knowledge of MYOB Accounting Software is a must

Job Requirement:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Initiative and possess positive working attitude
Able to work independently

PC Literate (
Microsoft Office and
MYOB )

At least 3 years of relevant working experience / accounting knowledge

Able to start work immediately or within short notice
