Looking for independent accounts cum admin.Working Hours - Monday to Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
, Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Job Scope
- Perform full set account
- Data entry and filing of documents
- To prepare and verify of staff claims
- GST filing and CPF submission
- Basic HR duties
- Calculation for Overtime, Annual Leave and MC
- Provide support to the office as necessary administrative tasks
- Any other adhoc duties as required
- Answer phone calls
- Arrange courier service
- Attend to walk in
- Knowledge of MYOB Accounting Software is a must
Job Requirement:
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Initiative and possess positive working attitude
PC Literate (
Microsoft Office and
MYOB )
At least 3 years of relevant working experience / accounting knowledge
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
