Description

Identify reporting solutions in architecture and interfaces in data sources/tools supporting automated data loads, analytic models, and data visualization Scope, understand and gather business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Document and translate business requirements to technical requirements.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling to validate business requirements and prototype solutions.

Identify gaps, opportunities and recommend solutions for business problems.
Develop and test in Alteryx and Power BI.
Build data flows and develop an intimate understanding of the flow of data through the organisation.
Develop and implement robust report production processes, and provide guidance for the operational delivery team

Requirements:

In addition to having a strong interest in working in banking and financial services, you will bring at least 5 years of handson experience using SQL in a data aligned role.
You will also possess an understanding of data modelling and data warehouse concepts, data architecture principles, with exposure to big data architecture and platform solutions tools.
5 + Years of Power BI Dashboard or similar Dashboarding experience.
The ability to extract and transform data from multiple sources.
Having experience/exposure in using Cloudera and big data tools including Starburst and Impala.
Stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills
