    Roles & Responsibilities

    Who Are We?

    We are a regional Robo-Advisory platform ), based in Singapore. We are in the exciting FinTech sector and we are one of the earliest Robo-Advisory platforms serving the retail market to be licensed by MAS.

    Through our innovative technology, we have digitized and automated the entire investment advisory value chain - from investment consultation to portfolio construction to investment management

    With our proprietary algorithm, we have outperformed ALL unit trusts with a similar global investment mandate available in Singapore over the last 3 years. Yet, through automation, we were able to keep our workforce lean and provide such services at approximately 1⁄4 the fees of traditional financial services.

    Since launch, we have amassed thousands of clients, including Fortune 500 MNCs, & hundreds of millions of AUM, and have since been featured on Channel NewsAsia, Fintechnopreneur, Straitstimes, Business Times and Zaobao.

    We are backed by 2 listed financial institutions.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Front-end operations including

    • Customer acceptance checking and onboarding including
    1. Review documented evidence for accuracy and against self-assessed KYC/AML/CDD checklists for customer approvals
    2. Coordinate acquisition of supporting information for account opening and financial situation documentation
    3. Verify documents and customer identities
    4. Conduct periodic reviews of onboarded customer accounts for money laundering, CFT, and Proliferation Financing warning signs
    • Answering clients' queries and assisting with requests.

    Back-end operations including

    • Fund injections
    • Facilitating trade executions
    • Perform trade reconciliation which includes
    1. Resolve breaks to manage the associated risks
    2. Conduct checking, valuing, and reconciliation of portfolios
    3. Identify portfolio exceptions and breaks to conduct resolution activities
    4. Identify relevant general ledger and sub-ledger accounts used in product accounting for key transactions
    • Identifying and solving issues relating to the performance and efficiency of the business operation

    What Should Your Background Be?

    • Graduated with a Degree
    • Nice to have: specialisation in finance
    • Nice to have: experience in client facing roles
