    Roles & Responsibilities

    Our Client is a financial services company with offices globally, applicants with experience working for a bank or fund would be an advantage.

    Overview:

    Support of the smooth running of APAC Office on a day-to-day basis. Reporting to the Office Manager to ensure all administrative duties are carried out in a timely fashion and maintain a safe, secure & comfortable working environment together with greeting guests at reception.

    CORE OBJECTIVES

     Manage office reception, visitor and phone calls

     Support in office administration activities

     Assist the office manager with company events

     Follow policies, procedures, and processes

    DOCUMENTATION

    Maintain up-to-date electronic and physical records

    Process required requests and follow-ups, using electronic and other channels

    Provide documentation and report to the line manager as required

    Assist the Office Manager with record keeping of necessary HR and Finance related matters while ensuring confidentiality of the information
