Position: Human Rsource Data Analyst

Location: Raffles

Salary: Up to $5400

Job Description:

1. Analytics Business Partnering:

• Build strong stakeholder relationships to identify data opportunities and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Develop and refine HR analytics strategies to address business challenges through advanced analysis.
• Present data insights to drive informed business decisions and lead HR data projects for organizational improvement.

2. Advanced Analytics & Research:

• Create data models for predictive analytics to support HR initiatives and solve business problems.
• Establish systematic analysis methods combining market research, data, and theory for impactful HR insights.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in HR analytics, business analytics, or organizational research.
• Proficient in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools like SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR and business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
