    Roles & Responsibilities

    About the client:

    Our client is a reputed organization

    • Accountable for overall Informatica Support delivery
    • Manage and Drive all the client meetings independently
    • Provide regular and proactive status reports to Client on Informatica tickets
    • Work with Junior resource in the team and ensure all Informatica support tickets/assigned actions are delivered on time and with good quality
    • Should be able to articulate the incidents/business impact and work confidently with Informatica Vendor and Infrastructure teams to resolve the issues
    • Manage and guide junior resources.
    • Maintain Runbooks /Standard operating guides and manuals

    Skillset:

    • Informatica Power Center and Designer Tools
    • Server Admin Support
    • Unix/Linux
    • Informatica Upgrade Support (Good to have)
    • Good Attitude and Communications
    • Team Management
    • Tableau knowledge (Good to Have)
