- Accountable for overall Informatica Support delivery
- Manage and Drive all the client meetings independently
- Provide regular and proactive status reports to Client on Informatica tickets
- Work with Junior resource in the team and ensure all Informatica support tickets/assigned actions are delivered on time and with good quality
- Should be able to articulate the incidents/business impact and work confidently with Informatica Vendor and Infrastructure teams to resolve the issues
- Manage and guide junior resources.
- Maintain Runbooks /Standard operating guides and manuals
- Informatica Power Center and Designer Tools
- Server Admin Support
- Unix/Linux
- Informatica Upgrade Support (Good to have)
- Good Attitude and Communications
- Team Management
- Tableau knowledge (Good to Have)
