Description

Receive training and perform duties in service / kitchen department

Assist Outlet Manager/Overall responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant
Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company's restaurant operation by rotating on each position
Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the restaurant.
Participate in initiatives to further improve service standards and procedures
Observe high standards of mise en place with attention to detail
Generate daily sales report and present to company's management
Perform stock ordering and controlling in a daily basis
Perform effective problemsolving skill when neccesary
Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
Promote upselling of food and services
Responsible for planning weekly/monthly schedule of manpower
Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

At least 1 to 2 years of food & beverage industry experience
Highly customer service oriented
Exhibit strong leadership skills
Cheerful, and funloving individual who likes communicating with people
