Job Description:

• Incoming material inspection, test and measurement : Carry out specific inspection, test and measurement to confirm that only the materials meeting established specifications are accepted and release for use.
• In-process inspection, test and measurement : Carry out specific inspection, test and measurement to confirm that semi-finished good and WIP in processing meet established specifications.
• Final inspection, test and measurement : Carry out specific inspection, test and measurement to confirm that only the finished product meeting established specifications are shipped.
• Record all test results and data accurately for traceability requirements.
• Ensure timely release of raw materials and finished products in system and completion of Certificate of Analysis.
• Prepare and collect samples for JIT inspection according to SOP and work instruction
• Notify QA Engineer on non–conformance detected during inspection, test and measurement, and place the affected material or product on–hold.
• Maintain 5S and proper housekeeping in QA Lab at all time.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by QA Engineer.
• Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and policy, including the implications of nonconforming to the requirements and the assessment of occupational risks and hazards.
• Treat product safety and quality hazards and risks seriously to prevent consumers, customers and Containers Printers from being harmed.
• Report concern, incident or hazard to your supervisor, manager, human resource personnel or through suggestion box, if seeing something goes against product safety and quality practices.
• Offer suggestions to improve product safety and quality practices in your work areas.

Requirements:

• Preferably at least 2 years working experience however, Entry Level Candidates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and Analytical skills
