This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Senior Relationship Manager.


Job Profile


The main responsibilities of this role are to provide relationship support to senior staff for key clients, grow revenues across allocated high net worth client portfolios, successfully manage and serve existing business relationships and originate new revenue streams.

This job will carry out some or all of the following tasks:

  • Drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment
  • Grow HSBC's share of ultra/high net worth client wallet involving investment and product specialists to ensure product capabilities are in line with client/sector requirements
  • Lead the ultra/high net worth client management sector team to achieve team's business objectives and ensure ongoing development of all team members
  • Provides fullservice banking and all transactions to high net worth individual clients through the marketing of all appropriate company services
  • Contribute to achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment
  • Establish new relationships and manages existing relationship in order to generate new assets under management and Revenue
  • Manage junior coverage staff to support and deliver client performance against plan
Requirements


Requirements:


  • Relationship management experience in Private Banking
  • Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
  • Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving
  • Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
