Marketing Executive - Singapore - HERITAGE CERAMICS (APAC) PTE. LTD.

Description

As a Marketing Executive at Heritage Ceramics, you are required to build awareness and interest of our products regionally through offline and online digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.

You will be working together with a team consisting of General Manager, Marketing Manager and Sales Managers to plan, create and execute campaigns.

Key responsibilities

a. Assist Marketing Manager to come up with ideas so as to develop online and offline marketing strategy

b. Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audience to generate leads

c. Compile, distribute and present ideas, information and strategy to with sales team to implement and reinforce the marketing strategy

d. Preparing and coordinating offline marketing activities like collaterals, events and trade fairs

e. Drive awareness and engagement of users on all digital marketing channels

f. Copywriting and proofreading creative content

g. Coordinate, plan and produce content for Heritage Ceramic's digital marketing channels

h. Schedule, post and manage website, social media channels and mailchimp platforms

i. Analyzing effectiveness of content posted on social media channels

j. Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing and web behavioural data

k. Maintain website and track data analytics

l. Develop and present learnings from analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations

m. Measure and optimize content marketing efforts

n. Execute and track digital ads across platforms eg Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube

o. Advocate the use of social media amongst company staff, and guide them about the best way to use it

p. Propose new campaigns or activities to boost effectiveness of digital marketing

q. Provide regular updates of digital marketing results to management

r. Keep abreast of latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities

s. Updating of databases and using CRM system
