Senior Accounts Executive - Singapore - MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD.

Description

Duty and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of finance functions including full set of accounts, management reports, budgeting and forecasting, cashflow planning, performance analysis, project costing and risk management.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
• Responsible for payroll, GST submission and corporate tax returns
• Provide project costing analysis and financial advice to the sales team and management
• Responsible for timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management ensure the accounting processes (AP, AR and Bank recon etc.) and the company's finance policies are efficient
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities and finance policies
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal

Job Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalents
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience with ABSS Accounting Software
• Able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop strong working relationships
• 5 day week @ AMK area
