Job Description
We are looking for Confidential Secretary with relevant experience.


The role involves:


  • Support the Partners (i.e. manage schedules, submission of claims and timesheets, booking of private/meeting rooms etc)
  • Provide administrative support within the business unit
  • Assist with Visa, travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Maintain and update the department's contact information and Partners' client contact
  • General administrative duties (i.e. Partners reports, debtors listing, preparing contacts for clients etc.)
  • Adhoc duties
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • GCE 'O' Level with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • LCCI Private Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
  • Computer literate (ie; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fastpaced environment
