    As a Marketing Analytics Assistant Manager, you will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across our marketing initiatives to optimize performance and achieve global business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Analytics and Insights Generation:

    • Conduct in-depth analytics on marketing problems to produce actionable insights for campaigns and key marketing initiatives.
    • Serve as the analytical brain of the marketing team, leveraging data to answer critical marketing questions and propose effective solutions.
    • Draw convincing conclusions from data analysis and provide recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.

    Measurement Development:

    • Support the development of appropriate measurements for marketing teams and initiatives, ensuring alignment with evolving business strategies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish KPIs that accurately reflect the success of marketing efforts and drive business outcomes.

    Multi-Touch Attribution, MMM and Channel Insights:

    • Drive and enhance multi-touch attribution models to accurately quantify the contribution of each marketing channel.
    • Adopt Meta AA, and Google ADH to drive channel insights using 1st party data.
    • Continuously improve the in-house MMM model, to support long term marketing budgeting decisions.
    • Play a key role in optimizing channel budget allocation decisions based on insights from attribution models.

    O2O & Branding Impact Measurement:

    • Measure the impact of O2O (Online-to-Offline) and branding initiatives, leveraging available data and hypotheses.
    • Validate hypotheses and make informed decisions based on available information, while continuously striving to improve measurement accuracy.
    • Design and implement initiatives to collect relevant data for better understanding and decision-making.

    Dashboard and Reporting Development:

    • Build dashboards and reporting tools to fulfill the diverse analytical needs of marketing teams, enabling informed decision-making.
    • Understand the specific decision-making processes and KPIs of each team to tailor dashboards accordingly.
    • Provide ongoing training and gather feedback to continuously improve the usability and relevance of dashboards.

    Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
    • Implement training initiatives to enhance team skills in modeling, data analysis, reporting, and project management.

    The Perfect profile:

    • Holds a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related fields, with an advanced degree considered a plus.
    • Proven expertise in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Measurement, or Business Intelligence, ideally within the e-commerce sector. Possesses 5+ years of overall experience, with 1+ years of experience in team management.
    • Proficient in Python and SQL, with knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Meta AA, Google ADH, and models such as MTA, MMM.
    • Exhibits a deep understanding of marketing metrics and channels, including Google and Facebook, with the ability to translate business problems into data problems.
    • Displays a natural curiosity and eagerness to deep dive into complex data to gain insights and is proficient in problem-solving through innovative means.
    • Displays a growth mindset, characterized by a continuous desire to learn, improve, and explore new opportunities to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Possesses strong team-player attributes, actively engaging in collaboration and support to tackle complex problems collectively.
