Order Management Rep - Singapore - ARISTOS SEARCH LLP

Description

Responsibilities:

• Track sales forecast and maximize sales revenue
• Interact actively with customers on forecast rationalization, materials management, capacity commitments, managing excess material, account receivables and IT related issues
• Communicate line capacity and work closely with customers to fill open capacity
• Prepare RFQs and pricing response to customers
• Support various internal Amkor groups and communicate any account issues, concerns or suggestions
• Drive factory performance
• Conduct presentations to management/customers
• Participate in sales strategy and developing procedures to support customers
• Co-ordinate and manage multi-region projects/programs where necessary

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably with Business/Management background
• 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in-house sales or customer service function
• Experience in semiconductor industry is an added advantage
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Able to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
• Able to work both independently and as a team player with customers and world-wide cross-functional teams within the organization
• Possess excellent communication skills
