    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • General admin and co-ordination work
    • Filing, keying data, process delivery orders and invoices
    • Assist in answering phone calls
    • Update inventory on daily basis
    • Conduct stock take

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum O level
    • Welcome entry level - Training Provided
    • Mandarin speaking - to communicate with Chinese clients
    • Knowledge in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Positive mindset & willing to learn
    • 5 days work (8am to 5pm) at Gul Ave (Tuas area)
    • Salary $2000 - $2500
