Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and qualitycheck reports according to designated investment strategies.
  • Coordinate information flow between internal teams to ensure timely and accurate report completion.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate reporting records and databases as per departmental procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, responding promptly to queries.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures, provide training, and report significant matters promptly.
  • Design custom reports to meet evolving client, consultant, and data vendor needs.
  • Collaborate on projects to improve team procedures and standards.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement within Client Reporting.

Experience/Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in financial services, with a focus on client reporting and administration.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with Power Query and Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of investment principles and performance calculations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
