Client Reporting Specialist - Singapore - KS Talent Solutions
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and qualitycheck reports according to designated investment strategies.
- Coordinate information flow between internal teams to ensure timely and accurate report completion.
- Assist in maintaining accurate reporting records and databases as per departmental procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, responding promptly to queries.
- Ensure adherence to procedures, provide training, and report significant matters promptly.
- Design custom reports to meet evolving client, consultant, and data vendor needs.
- Collaborate on projects to improve team procedures and standards.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement within Client Reporting.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services, with a focus on client reporting and administration.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with Power Query and Power BI is a plus.
- Strong understanding of investment principles and performance calculations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
