JOB SUMMARY


Build the foundation and culture of the company in order to realize the purpose of Resonac Group, in accordance with the Business Unit management policy, and promote the planning and execution of strategies.

Achievement annual profitability, sales and operating profit ratio, operating margin, EBITDA, ROIC, free cash flow.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All of the above
  • Eliminate safety and environmental accidents and ensure overall compliance: Promote an accidentfree and disasterfree workplace and promote compliance.
  • Achievement of annual budget (financial indicators): Achievement of KPIs based on annual budget: sales and operating income, operating margin, EBITDA, ROIC, cash flow, new product sales ratio.
  • Ensure time to market new program qualification together with customer.
  • Join coordination with Japan and US Customer for new program.
  • Coordinate and understand Customer Technical requirement
  • Coordinate with Japan RHDI and RHDM Sample qualification.
  • Enhance HD media process that enable to achieve better productivity, product quality, efficiency, and cost, by employing advanced technology for each process such as Frontend process, Sputtering process, and Backend process (Texturing, Pre-Sputter washing, Sputtering, Post-Sputter cleaning, Lubricant coating, and Final cleaning & Testing process).
  • Plan and execute cross functional taskforce to improve productivity with other manufacturing site and supplier. Total cost analysis profit margin analysis and improvement activities.

Master / Bachelor Degree ( Engineering Field )


Experience

  • Good leadership track records
  • Excellent Management skill
  • Experience in Technical improvement Customer relation.
  • Experience in New Program Qualification
  • Experience in Manufacturing Environment.

Skills Required:

Strong background in Material Science/Tribology Process/ Analytical

Strong interpersonal skill and handling of customer.

High communication skills (English/Japanese) to collaborate and engage with teams and related parties. Expertise in business operations, sales/marketing, materials/design technology, production technology. Basic knowledge of financial management/finance (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, cost planning, and other key financial figures and numbers)
