The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement.

The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users.

Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market.

  • The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing Team is looking for someone dedicated to supporting functional team leaders in formulating short
- and long-term strategies for traffic and growth. As a Traffic Growth Strategist, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at boosting platform traffic and overall impact on the top line.
  • Identify growth opportunities and challenges through data analysis. Maintain a broad view of growthrelated topics, staying updated with industry news and trends
  • Communicate findings and initiatives to stakeholders, articulating the strategic importance of their work and gaining support
  • Collaborate with other functional leads within the Business and Growth team, translating strategies into actionable plans for countries
  • Maintaining ongoing reporting and tracking the progress of growth initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with external partners on strategic partnership projects, driving these projects forward, establishing robust partnerships, and ensuring alignment with the organisation's growth strategy

Requirements:


  • Relevant Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in a relevant industry, internet or consulting background
  • Proven skills in datadriven analysis, presentations, and interpersonal communication
  • Indepth knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, social commerce, and related domain preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgrounds
  • Flexibility to adapt to new challenges
