    Roles & Responsibilities

    Business Development Executive

    We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our F&B team with a focus on the strategic growth of 's presence in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing new revenue streams. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within Singapore, open new channels, and create sustainable revenue streams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation:

    • Generate leads through cold calling, business events, or visitations.
    • Follow up with leads that reach out to the company directly and indirectly.

    Business Development:

    • Identify strategic business opportunities for the company.
    • Pitch sales to leads and convert them.
    • Assist in sales and commercial planning, including preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as required.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain key accounts portfolio from a pool of clients and execute initiatives to solicit more businesses from the client.
    • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support and information on new areas for service level improvements and work with stakeholders to execute and improve performance.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products and services.

    Qualifications:


    • 3-5 years of experience in the F&B industry


    • Strong understanding of the F&B market and key players


    • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing new revenue streams


    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills


    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


    • Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment

    Expected Base Salary: S$3,500 + Sales Commission
