DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Welcomes and greets guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know that you're there to personally take care of them.
  • Informs guests of special promotions and menu changes.
  • Makes recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
  • Answers questions about our food, beverages and restaurant's amenities & services.
  • Takes food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
  • Performs opening & closing duties assigned.
  • Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
  • Maintains clean service areas.
  • Monitors and observes guests lounge experience. Ascertain order of guests' cocktails, bottle service, and food orders are accurate. Responds promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Prepares final bill, checks for accuracy BEFORE presenting it to guest(s), accepts payment, processes credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
  • Assists fellow servers as situations arise.
  • Thanks each guest for their visit and invite them to return.
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the business as directed by the managers or immediate supervisors.
  • Any other tasks assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • No previous Restaurant / Club experience required.
  • Preferably with WSQ certification.
  • Good communication skills to internal and external customers.
  • MUST BE on the feet for most of the working hours
  • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
  • Must have exceptional grooming habits.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$2, $2,500.00 per month
