Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for organizing meetings, preparation of meeting materials, minute taking and followups.
  • Responsible for organizing travel and regional events, preparation of materials and overall communication.
  • Engage with stakeholders from different teams to gather the necessary information required for our projects.
  • Actively manage and monitor project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Establish performance metrics to measure project success.
  • Provide regular status reports to senior management.
  • Monitor budgets.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Good knowledge of IT is a MUST
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management including managing largescale programs/projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams within an organization, including senior executives (C-Level).
  • Experience working in a multinational environment with complex organizations.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate others to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; additional languages preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
$3, $8,500.00 per month
