We are partnering the owners of a renowned listed Real Estate business to setup of its Family Office locally and seeking to bring on an Investment Manager to join their ranks. Our client invest largely in Equities, REITS and some Alternatives. You will be key in establishing, maintaining and representing our clients Investment's locally.

about the job
Working in a lean team locally, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Establishing the local Family Office ground up with the support of the team.
• Performing fundamental research and financial modelling for Singapore equities (REITs focus) and Singapore fixed income.
• Interacting with targeted companies, sell-side analysts, industry specialists.
• Attending company management meetings and industry conferences, conduct company visits, site visits and channel check on covered sectors and companies.
• Generating investment ideas, making investment recommendations to Investment Director at Head Office in Hong Kong.
• Maintaining a good knowledge of the global investment climate, market conditions and economic environment.
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments such as private equity investment.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor degree holder or above, in Business Management, Accounting, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
• Holder of CFA and/or CPA highly preferred.
• 8-15 years of investment analysis experience in reputable and established financial institutions, asset management companies or family office.
• Good knowledge in industry research, company analysis, stock valuation and selection, and competence in financial modelling.
• Enthusiastic and proactive in work, great sense of ownership, multi-task ability, able to work independently, but also a team player.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, as well as spoken Mandarin as there will be frequent communication with stakeholders in Hong Kong and China.
