- Diagnosing issues and providing repair recommendations for Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Pumps under service agreements.
- Executing necessary repairs for Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Pumps as per service agreements.
- Coordinating with customer technicians regarding maintenance and repair schedules.
- Collaborating closely with subcontractors to carry out repair tasks.
- Being available for 24/7 standby duty (on a rostered basis) for complaints and breakdowns.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols during service or repair activities.
- Conducting monthly routine services for Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Pumps as assigned by the supervisor.
- At least a Nitec qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC/M&E sector.
- Experience in HVAC system design is a plus.
