    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Review the working drawing, specifications, and requirements. Highlight any technical issues and discrepancies.
    • Coordinate with the internal team (Structural and M&E) on requirements of architectural design and compliances.
    • Coordinate and prepare the shop drawing and submission of the method statement. Coordinate all types of documents used for the approval process with relevant parties.
    • Arrange coordination meetings with Archi contractors and prepare minutes of discussion.
    • Review the RFI (Request for Inspection) submitted by Archi contractors as per the method statement. Follow up on inspection with RTO before commencing work. Follow up the mock-up inspection and trade demo with clients
    • Ensure that site installation for architectural works and interfacing with other structures and E&M items are carried out following requirements.
    • Coordinate and liaise with the construction team on the handover schedule to start architectural works and other site issues e.g. rectification works.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience with main construction. Preferably with MRT experience.
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communicate effectively.
    • Ability to manage the subcontractor to ensure smooth progress of architectural works.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, REVIT /AutoCAD/MicroStation, and other relevant programs.
    • Able to work well in a team, independent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated person.
