- Prospect and introduce customers to the Bank's products and services
- Educate and migrate customers towards our digital platform
- Drive service excellence in the areas of customer satisfaction - customer wait time, problem resolution and customer feedback / escalation / complaint
- Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashion
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Contributes to self and team effort by accomplishing related results
- Has customer service experience, preferably in financial institutions
- To provide one-stop customer service to corporate customers.
- Assist customers (primarily over the phone as an in-bound call agent) with dedication and passion on various enquiries and requests on *Corporate products; Corporate Account Services, Cash Management Products, Corporate Trade Services, Corporate Loans, Self-Service Banking, Corporate Live Chat.
- Resolve requests from corporate customers on general and transactional enquiries related to Corporate account products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests.
- Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards.
