- Carry out financial modeling and assist in feasibility studies identified for major asset enhancements and redevelopment projects
- Assist in analysing performance at asset level as well as at portfolio level to determine its highest and best use
- Maintain market database and collect market research information
- Support business development efforts for development opportunities
- Assist in preparation of proposals to clients and deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation and any ad-hoc duties
- Identify new market trends, business opportunities and partnerships incorporating deployment of technology
- Support the Head of Department and the relevant departments in management reports, budgeting exercise, reviewing and monitoring performance of assets
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate industry
- Able to run financial modelling and feasibility studies, and meet tight timelines
- Good business / financial acumen and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentation
- Familiarity with real estate markets and building design knowledge is an added advantage
