Adecco is partnering with a Transportation Industry, and they are looking for for Customer Service Officer Exciting chance to join a renowned team to manage both inbound and outbound calls at their HQ.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform out bound calls to customers who leave callback
  • Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
  • Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
  • Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Job Requirements:


  • Prior experience in a call centre is preferred
  • Strong team player and selfdriven individual
  • Customeroriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly adaptable to a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Problem analysis and problemsolving skills
