At least 1 year of customer service experience, in a contact centre environment- Excellent Customer service skills
- 5Days a week schedule (1 weekend and 1 weekdays off)

Adecco is partnering with a Transportation Industry, and they are looking for for Customer Service Officer Exciting chance to join a renowned team to manage both inbound and outbound calls at their HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Perform out bound calls to customers who leave callback
- Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
- Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call centre is preferred
- Strong team player and selfdriven individual
- Customeroriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly adaptable to a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Problem analysis and problemsolving skills
