Job Description Summary
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Keep up to date with market trends, competition and customer needs
- Leverage market and customer insights to develop product positioning, value proposition, marketing strategies and tactics
- Coordinate the reconciliation of SEA SIOP (Sales, inventory and operations planning) demand with financial forecasts for assigned product portfolio
- Build a strong relationship with key Microbiology stakeholders and key opinion leaders in SEA.
- Organize and support key customerfacing educational activities such as seminars, conferences, workshops, etc. in alignment with SEA marketing strategy. To be a ready speaker for all related events across SEA.
- Work closely with CASAJ marketing team to gather up to date product information and pass down information to SEA countries.
- Adapt sales tools and marketing collaterals from global to suit SEA needs and priorities
- Lead in the deployment of digital marketing tools and omnichannel efforts to create product awareness and generate leads.
Applications:
- Provide consultative advice to the Application teams across South East Asia.
- Strong experience and lean workflow assessment.
- Understanding of Antibiotics and ID/AST configuration.
- Escalation and coordination with WW for Microbiology product complaints.
- Consolidation of ID/AST panel configuration in consultation with Marketing organization and country requirements.
- Post / Post Graduate degree in the field of Microbiology
- Strong technical and significant laboratory and/or scientific background, preferably in the Microbiology field (at least 8 years)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills to clearly articulate technical and product information to both internal and external customers
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, make appointments, plan schedules and coordinate efforts with Product Specialists as well as other Service and Support personnel
- Knowledge of the Microbiology laboratories processes and techniques
- Comfortable working in a cross functional dynamic team environment
- Dealing with Ambiguity.
- Working through matrix.
