    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Process sales inquiries, quotation and execute sales order entries
    • Provide support to customers on orders, feedback & complaints
    • Work closely with Planning/Internal team to ensure customer's delivery requirements are provided and followed through
    • Work with production team for customer's ad hoc special requirements and any issues related to shipment
    • Maintain field inventory
    • Maintains Customers' profile/price file
    • Work closely with internal team to review on new material/Purchasing specification requirements
    • Follow-up on status of material rejects and returns
    • Follow-up on advance payments and overdue invoices
    • Communicate and maintain excellent relationship with customers
    • Prepare daily/weekly reports and any basic ad hoc reports
    • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by Management from time to time

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or above
    • Relevant experiences an added advantage
    • Bilingual with proficiency in Chinese-language ( to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers)
    • Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Work accuracy is essential
    • Customer orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
    • Analytical and systematic person who like technical challenges, enjoy team work and able to work independently
