What you will do

The role involves leading multi brand strategy, capabilities enhancement and working closely with relevant stakeholder functions to achieve goals as Amgen business rapidly expands in Vietnam, Philippines & Indonesia geography.

The incumbent will support Amgen growth expansion by establishing constructive connections with partners companies.

Reporting to the Commercial Lead, your tasks and responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to, the following:

Main Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operations Management

Work closely with Commercial Lead to define the strategic roadmap that will drive business growth in South East Asia Partner Markets
Nurture & manage strategic business relationship with partners to ensure delivery of agreed business outcomes. Encompassing travel to countries to establish relationship and conduct meetings with KOL's
Monitor the responsibilities, financial commitments, and deliverables of both Amgen and partners, to grow the business and foster spirit of the partnership

Marketing Management

Lead new product launches in Partner Markets in alignment with the internal stakeholders and Partners
Analyze market trends, derive insights & formulate key brand strategies and tactics in coordination with partners

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are acquired through following combination of education, experience & knowledge, or the equivalent.

What we expect of you

Qualifications:

Master's degree & 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience OR
Bachelor's degree & 7 years of Sales & Marketing experience
Experience in managing partners in South-East Asia markets. Ability to influence & lead project teams indirectly
Exposure to working in a multicultural environment, and ability to respect cultural differences
