    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Scope:

    1) Frontline services:

    Attend to walk-in enquiries

    Handle phone-in enquiries

    2) Administrative duties

    Handling in-coming mails/faxes

    Handling delivery of goods

    Filing/ faxing

    Typing of documents/collation of data

    Attend to pupils who are unwell/injured

    3) Any other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Full GCE 'N' or its equivalent
    • Good communication and inter-personal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office

    Salary: $2400/month

    Location: Tampines

    Contract Period: Aug 2024 to Feb 2025

    Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break

    Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
