Description
Provide post-sales installation and technical support to customers, ensuring successful implementation and optimal performance of network and security infrastructure.

  • Provide support to maintenance team ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
  • Assist in the planning, design, research, and installation of new or upgraded network components, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of network installations to ensure quality assurance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures.

Requirements:


  • Possess at least an ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT or network engineering principles and practices.
  • Certification in CCNA / MCSE and experience in virtualization will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows System and Application deployment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
