Description
Responsibilities include:
- Make outbound calls to reach out to the population to stay healthy and well in the community
- Assist in the implementation and operations of initiatives and enablers (e.g. ITrelated projects) to enhance care integration and improve population health
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least 'O' Level qualification.
- Meticulous, service oriented and display positive attitude.
- Strong communication and team player.
- Adaptable and able to think on feet.
- Experience in call centre or service line will be advantageous.
- Ability to speak various languages will be advantageous.
