You will join our Ramboll Support Organization
As our new Executive/Senior Executive - HR, you will be part of the larger multi-disciplinary MEAP region.

Your role is based in Singapore where you will work within a diverse business support team as well as other colleagues in the Asia region.


Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to support the HR operation needs of various business units, HRBP, HR COE's and most importantly, our employees.

The roles & responsibilities include all HR related operational activities of our employee's career cycle.

You will be dealing with many stakeholders on a daily basis to support them with tasks related to employees, daily MIS, monitoring and producing HR-related reports and ensuring compliance with relevant local and national regulations.


To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with all HR processes and HR software HRIS, Learning Management systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.

You need to be able to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and be able to work with various teams collaboratively.

You will ensure our HR Operations meet our business needs and are functional and cost-effective.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Endtoend employee onboarding and separation process including coordination with support teams (IT/FM/Finance) on relevant systems, HRIS set up, induction
  • Support recruitment activities such as job posting, interview appointments arrangement
  • Liaise with MOM and employee to manage entire Work pass process
  • Maintains and supports a variety of employee related reports both for HR and Business purposes
  • Administer employee benefit program
  • Taking care of Employee Health and Safety and wellbeing activities
  • Maintaining employee's personal file and all employee records
  • Ensure timely payment of HR related invoices
  • Administer HR letters (I.e. offer letter, employment certification letter, Visa Invitation etc.)
  • Handling statutory compliance
  • Work with and support the HRBP and HR COE's to implement changes in policies and processes based on laws, compliance requirements, trends and business changes
  • Supporting the HRBP, HRD, Legal and Compliance functions
  • Manage other outofpayroll cycle work like check expense claims monthly, generate payroll reports and upload for bank approval, manage CPF and related Government Grant/Claim submission and maintain MIS for expenditure related to Finance
  • Support HR projects in discussion with the Global HRIS team

  • Strong sense of confidentiality, ethics and integrity
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
  • Client service minded and ability to priorities and manage time well to ensure timely service delivery
  • Ability to liaise crossfunctionally to develop a rapport with peers and other functions
  • To be proactive in approach and a catalyst for change
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage adhoc requests in a timely and quality driven manner.
  • Interacting confidently with various levels including senior staff

For this role, we believe your starting point is:


  • Diploma/ Degree in HRM or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operation for consultancy or engineering industry
  • Experience in using Workday or similar HRIS software
  • Recruitment experience will be an added advantage
  • Possess strong knowledge of local labour laws
  • Excellent MS Office skills especially MS Excel, Power BI & MS Power Point.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally English to liaise with our Englishspeaking colleague
