**Position: Packer (Team Lead)

**Responsibilities: - Plan, execute and record production orders using specified forms.

  • Supervise the team in ensuring good GMP and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure HACCP, SFA, work place safety requirements are implemented at all times.
  • Perform quality control inspections on finished goods.
  • Lead and motivate the team towards department excellence.
**Requirements: - At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field.

  • Experience in people management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Strong work ethics and handson approach.
  • Good inventory management and recordkeeping skills.
  • Only Singaporeans need apply.
