Job Description:
- Assist project manager in supervising and coordinating Mechanical and Electrical services and complete within the program
- Work closely with consultants and subcontractors on technical matters
- Supervise and coordinate M&E services and work closely with other department staff to meet project timelines
- Execute M&E works in building construction
- Supervise daytoday works onsite
- Handle the projects' documentation
- Manage M&E subcontractors' submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples and work progress
- Attend progress/ site/ ME meetings
- Comply with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Ensure M&E works are performed on time and within budget
- Check electrical plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation
- Manage the resources for the construction program
