Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects, including new insurance product launches
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality targets
Plan and execute product launch activities in coordination with business, technology, and operations teams
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Manage stakeholder communication, including sponsors and steering committees
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation
Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and delivery commitments
Track milestones, manage changes, and re-baseline plans as required
Provide accurate project status, financial, and performance reporting
Ensure proper project closure, documentation, and handover post-launch
Skills/Requirement
Bachelor degree or Master degree in relevant field is required.
Minimum 5 Years of experience in Project Management
Proven end-to-end project management experience, including product launch delivery
Strong stakeholder management and strong experience in Insurance domain
Expertise in risk, issue, and change management
Experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party delivery
Solid financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification with strong leadership and team management skills
