Network Maintenance Engineer - Singapore - AION TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the company's servers and storage devices, including system monitoring (CPU, memory, disk space, application services, etc.), and device mounting.
• Responsible for performance monitoring of network environments, physical servers, virtualization platforms, and storage systems in production, UAT, and DR environments.
• Evaluate and analyze systems, providing effective capacity planning recommendations.
• Utilize monitoring tools to monitor HA clusters and virtualization platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Computer-related major, proficient in the daily use of mainstream operating systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in server and storage operations and maintenance.
• Expertise in monitoring systems, capable of independent deployment and proficient usage, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience with APM tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic networking knowledge, capable of independently configuring network cards, IP, etc. Candidates with certification are preferred.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell/Python, capable of writing automation scripts based on actual requirements.
• Possess excellent English reading and writing abilities to meet the language requirements for working in Singapore.

Other Requirements:

• Maintain and organize daily operations and maintenance documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Continuous learning and skill enhancement.
• Basic understanding and experience with SMS notification software.
