Our client is a global software development and IT services company. The company is setting up a new team in Singapore and hiring a business development/sales role in the company.
- Develop sales plans and implement strategies to bring in new business
- Ensure the production and implementation of the projects undertaking
- Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines
- Establish and build strong working relationships with clients at all levels
- Manage daytoday client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the everchanging market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
- Research and resolve clients' complaints
- Meeting with clients virtually and at the clients' office
Job Requirements:
- Diploma qualification and above. (Major in IT is an advantage)
- Basic IT knowledge is required (preferably in software)
- Min 1 year experience of business development/sales or similar role
- Those required work pass do not apply
- Passion for relationship building
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Customerorientated attitude
- Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success
- Passion to oversee a project from concept to implementation
- Outstanding oral & written communications skills and ability to articulate complex information in a simple way
- Proficiency in English
