    Role Description:

    You will form part of the team that goes to market with our tour product and service. Your focus is on growing existing partnerships, identifying new markets and sales of tours/private charters. Achieve revenue targets through effective account management, relationship building and development of new business.

    Responsibility:

    • You will need to know the tour products well and deliver consistently good customer service at all times
    • Account management, keep and build long lasting partnerships with agent and local sales partners
    • Acquisition of new business partners in order to enhance sales and profitability
    • Support customer enquires over phone and email, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Handle enquiries for private bookings of tour

    Qualification & Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
    • At least 3 years' of experience in sales and/or marketing. Ideally in both channel and direct marketing
    • You are an effective sales person and are used to the face-pace environment
    • Meticulous, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Independent, resourceful and a self-starter.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to establish and strengthen relationships with travel partners, as well as attend industry events
