- You will need to know the tour products well and deliver consistently good customer service at all times
- Account management, keep and build long lasting partnerships with agent and local sales partners
- Acquisition of new business partners in order to enhance sales and profitability
- Support customer enquires over phone and email, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle enquiries for private bookings of tour
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' of experience in sales and/or marketing. Ideally in both channel and direct marketing
- You are an effective sales person and are used to the face-pace environment
- Meticulous, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, resourceful and a self-starter.
- Willingness to travel as needed to establish and strengthen relationships with travel partners, as well as attend industry events
