A bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in operation management in the fintech or crypto sectorA deep understanding of and a strong inclination towards the rapidly evolving crypto, blockchain, and technology industries, especially defi and inscriptionsGood knowledge of Binance's product suiteStrong business development acumen with operational backgroundAbility work independently with a good learning attitude and demonstrate strong initiativeRemote and start up experience is a plusHiring organization
