    Overview:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Team Lead to oversee and manage our project teams in the dynamic digital landscape.

    The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with exceptional organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, particularly in digital environments.

    The Project Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating team efforts, setting clear objectives, and ensuring that all project milestones are met in the digital realm.


    Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership:

    Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating team members to achieve project goals and objectives in the digital space.

    Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

    Project Planning:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables within the digital landscape. Develop detailed project plans, and timelines.

    Resource Management:
    Allocate resources effectively and ensure that team
    members have the necessary tools and support to perform their roles efficiently in projects. Monitor team workload and adjust assignments as needed.

    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks specific to projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Proactively address issues and challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

    Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Facilitate regular meetings and status updates with project teams focusing on project and digital progress.

    Quality Assurance:
    Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

    Budget Management:
    Monitor project expenses and ensure that the project stays within budget constraints. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies specific to digital projects.

    Documentation:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes, with a focus on digital project elements.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (3 to 4 years) in project management, with a focus on leading project teams in digital environments.
    • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members in digital projects.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in digital initiatives.
    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices applicable to digital projects.
    • Experience with project management tools and software.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities specific to digital challenges.

    • PMP certification (optional but preferred).
