Description

The role:


Daily onsite user support for HQ's users and Remote Support for all overseas users, including Malaysia, China and other site offices.


  • Setup / troubleshoot online meeting, printer
  • Setup troubleshoot copier machine, computer, cables and other IT equipment
  • Support users' general software issues
  • User guidance on specific software usage (zip file, encrypt file, convert pdf, SharePoint, outlook, VPN, backup, shared drive etc)
  • User Administration
i. New Staff onboarding - Reformat and reinstall laptop

iii. New Staff onboarding - IT Induction to highlight key IT policies, introduce company IT environment

iv. Staff offboarding - Terminating all accounts and collect back IT equipment

v. Unlock and resetting User password whenever user lockout / forgotten password (around 10 cases monthly)

  • Maintain IT Documentation
  • Support on IT procurement, billings and biyearly vendor evaluation exercise
  • Keep tracking IT assets

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelors in IT or any related field
  • 23 years in a similar role (IT Support)
  • Must be able to communicate & liaise in mandarin with stakeholders (China & Malaysia)
  • Independent selfstarter, have a growth mindset
