Role Description:

• Western full service restaurant and bar.
• Serve guests and deliver excellent service levels.
• Bartenders are required to maintain the bar and monitor stocks.
• Co-operate with colleagues to deliver a complete guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant environment.
• Have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality or F&B management
• Microsoft skills

Requirements:

• Full time – 5 day week (44hrs).
• A willingness to interact with and serve guests.
• Restaurant experience a bonus but not critical.
• Able to communicate in English effectively.
