    Job Responsibilities

    We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the CRM platform (eg. Salesforce) and a desire to keep learning. He/she should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical solutions.

    • Proven ability in managing the day-to-day CRM platform and its operations.
    • Able to identify process gaps and embracing the platform features in optimizing business processes, increasing user adoption, and defining product roadmap.
    • Working knowledge of various architecture methodologies.
    • Act as a solution lead to guide project team members for the duration of the project
    • Work with business functions to clarify requirements, set the scope and see through until delivery, leads requirements gathering workshops and requirements document review.
    • Able to work under pre-agreed timeline and maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
    • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    • Good technical skills and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Experience in implementing configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
    • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.

    Job Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in any Information Technology discipline
    • 3 – 5 years of experience with CRM platforms (eg Salesforce)
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Trailhead Badges/Super Badges will be an advantage
    • Knowledge in ETL and Power BI for Data Analytics will be an advantage
    • Strong CRM product knowledge and at least 2+ years of CRM Administration hands-on experience
    • To work efficiently with others on work on projects or towards a common goal.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with others and get along with a variety of different types of personalities.
    • The ability to recognize problems, distil and define the pertinent issues, and determine and propose effective solutions.
