    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Stewardship of Donor Portfolios
      • Strategically steward a diverse portfolio of donors, managing various combinations of gifts to ensure personalised engagement and satisfaction.
      • Engage with student recipients associated, fostering solid connections and facilitating meaningful interactions between donors and award recipients.
    • Stewardship of Scholarships, Bursaries, Study Awards, and Financial Grants
      • Manage stewardship activities related to scholarships, bursaries, study awards, and financial grants, demonstrating the impact of donors' support on recipients' educational journeys.
    • Stewardship Communications and Reporting
      • Collaborate with gift recipients and execute effective stewardship reporting, ensuring donors are informed about the impact of their contributions.
      • Oversee the creation and distribution of stewardship reports, showcasing the outcomes and achievements resulting from donors' generosity.
      • Keep donors informed about festivities and events with timely communication to announce an upcoming event or celebration and extend an invitation.
      • Manage special mailings, including Giving Reviews and President's communication pieces, and Newsletters to maintain consistent and meaningful donor communication.
    • Recipient Engagement and Scholar Programmes
      • Develop and maintain relationships with current scholars and alums, providing opportunities for their engagement and interaction with donors.
      • Lead stewardship events tailored to donors' and scholars' needs, fostering a sense of community and gratitude.
    • Stewardship of University Programmes
      • Manage stewardship efforts for Schools, Institutes, Centers and Labs initiatives ensuring donors' contributions are acknowledged and celebrated.
    • Stewardship Events
      • Plan, coordinate, and execute stewardship events for donors within assigned portfolios, fostering meaningful interactions and expressions of gratitude.
      • Collaborate with the Events Manager to celebrate donors' milestones, achievements unlocked, or a noteworthy date to help create a lasting bond between donors and the University.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Diploma with at least 5 years of working experience.
    • Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, and vendors.
    • Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
    • Good organisation and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
    • Flexible, resourceful and able to perform despite tight schedules.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Has a strong stakeholder focus and service-oriented attitude.
    • Demonstrates proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
