Description

Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead manpower & succession planning and propose to top management
  • Manage full spectrum of HR operations duties including employee administration, recruitment, new employee onboarding, offboarding, internal communications, performance management, payroll, office administration and HR reporting
  • Provide advice and update the workload distribution of each department and role
  • Prepare appointment letters of academic and external members
  • Organise and prepare all reporting and documents required for audits
  • Set and implement reemployment procedures as per legislation
  • Advice and administer performance evaluation exercise
  • Advice and administer employee KPI tracking and assessment
  • Employee rewards management and administration
  • Salary benchmarking and negotiation for new hires and promotions
  • Complete labour surveys, manpower updates and other MOM related tasks
  • Complete claims for employee related absences i.e. NS claims
  • Administer employee welfare schemes such as insurance and medical schemes
  • Oversee and organise company events and community projects
  • Source and determine training plan in liaison with HODs
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with Company's mission and objectives
  • Manage and purchase agreements of office equipment and supplies
  • Prepare correspondence and provide secretarial support to the CEO as required
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor

Requirements:


  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human resource or related fields
  • At least 2 year experience in HR
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Understand the need to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills and detailed oriented
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Willing to take initiative
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with Performance management and organisational KPI
