Process & Equipment Engineer - Singapore - AAC TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities
- Involve in process parameters set up for a variety of semiconductor equipment
- Monitor the process performance through out production and troubleshoot problems associated with packaging/ manufacturing processes
- Collaborat with other departments to drive process efficiency and product yield enhancement projects to maximise output
- Continuous datamonitoring andanalysis for abnormality; implement corresponding changes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an equipment/ process Engineer
- Experience in packaging process will be advantageous
- Bachelors' Degree in any Engineering discipline from a reputable University is a must
This role require you to be based in Senai, Johor Malaysia at least 40% of your time:
- **You must be comfortable being outstationed 3-5 days per trip
