Job Description / Responsibilities
Responsible in handling the cashier
Uniforms will be provided
Upselling of baked goods and souvenir items
Pick and Pack baked goods such as buns, loafs, cakes, muffins , cookies based on customer order
Prepare hot/iced beverages such as coffee (latte, cappuccino, long black etc) based on customer order
Handle customer inquiries (for both walk-in and phone calls)
Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
Requirement
Able to work in rotating shifts ( 7am - 4pm, 11am - 9pm, |10 hours shift)
[Changi Airport T2 outlet: 7am - 4pm, 1pm - 11pm]
(OT pay for additional hours as per MOM regulations)
Able to work on Public holidays and Weekends (4 days OFF /month)
Good communication skills
Able to speak fluent English
Able to work independently
Experience in Customer Service/F&B is a plus
Candidates who are able to start work immediately are preferred.
Candidates with barista experience (espresso-based coffees) is a plus.
On-job training will be provided
