- Manage customer queries and provide effective solutions to address their issues.
- Deliver training sessions on our online portal, trade lifecycle, and customized trainings for clients.
- Assist in organizing in-house trainings for clients and conduct regular service reviews.
- Visit customers independently and accompany Relationship Managers on regional visits.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify the needs of prospective clients in settlement and custody areas and collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver suitable solutions.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to deepen existing relationships, assist in sales pitches, and refer potential business opportunities.
- Stay updated on product and technical developments.
- Support team-related matters such as documentation, agreements, KYC processes, organizing marketing events, and managing corporate gifts.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience.
- University degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related discipline.
- Able to rotate within the team to cover public holidays shift.
- Pleasant disposition with a high level of energy and initiative.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong service orientation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Responsible, committed, meticulous, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident, well-groomed, and proficient in spoken and written English.
- Competent in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
